You can become a member by paying 250/- (for an individual) or 520/- (which will cover you and your family).You can also have card for your parents in addition to your family card by paying just 620/- for one parent (Family Scheme-1) & 720/- for two parents (Family Scheme-2) 10% discount for renewal of Application. Application forms are available at all hospitals of the Manipal Hospital Network along the west coast & with Agent representatives. How do I benefit from Manipal Arogya Card?
